Bleeding Gums or Mouth for Tucson Families
Bleeding gums don't care what time of day it is, and in South Tucson the call usually comes mid-shift from someone who pulled over near the South 6th Avenue corridor between Ajo Way and Irvington. Our office sits at 3346 S 6th Ave #192, a few minutes south of the 22nd Street exit off I-10 and walkable from the Sunnyside and Pueblo Gardens neighborhoods.
Hard water from the Central Arizona Project leaves plenty of Tucson households with stubborn calculus buildup along the gumline, and the dry Sonoran air thins oral mucosa enough that a firm tortilla or a piece of carne asada can start a bleed that won't quit. We see a lot of bilingual families from 85713 and 85714 who work shifts at the Tucson Airport or Park Place Mall and need the bleeding stopped before Monday.
We handle it the same day when we can.
